| Duties: | The ideal candidate would be able to:
1. Identify and increase appropriate business with existing customers
2. Achieve sales budgets and company growth objectives
3. Drive revenue and sales to meet personal targets through prospecting, active funnel management, accurate weekly forecasts, and closing business
4. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service
5. To raise awareness of our clients of the companies services
6. To develop and close sales opportunities – effectively managing the sales process from conception through to ensuring successful implementation
7. Understands and can perform introductory demonstrations of Software
8. Proactively demonstrates add-on software products to customers
9. Performs product presentations at user group meetings
10. Completes proactive marketing tasks to customer base
11. Manages the process of organising exhibitions and seminars throughout the year
12. To maintain an up to date knowledge of the industry
13. To communicate the correct information for effective production of customer proposals & bids
14. Runs daily, weekly, monthly reports and forecasts as required
15. Maintains accurate records |
| Qualifications: | The ideal candidate must have:
1. Experience in Sales/Account Management
2. Experience within a Software industry
3. A passionate self-motivated self-starter with a sincere willingness to learn the Industry Customer, close business and make money.
4. Highly focused with a strong desire to seek and close new business.
5. Strong phone sales skills and a clear understanding of the sales process.
6. Demonstrates ability to present products to a group.
7. Ability to perform analysis of customer information and use the information to propose appropriate products and services
8. Ability to explain technology to a non-technical audience – including software and hardware
9. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and lead management applications (SalesForce.com) |
