| Duties: | Sales Duties
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quota;
• Provide price quotes and informational requests for both core ILS and non-core products;
• Proactively sell multiple types of customer purchases within a defined scope and size threshold and manage the customer sales cycle from beginning to end for these projects;
• Is proficient in configuration of software add-on, hardware, service and training bundles to supplement existing projects and create up-sell opportunities for new projects.
Lead Generation
• Provide initial qualification of leads within SalesForce and move leads to accounts for further action by Territory Sales Representatives;
• Complete proactive marketing and lead generation tasks as assigned by sales management.
Reporting & Sales Administration
• Is proficient in the use of SalesForce and regularly update leads, accounts, opportunities, tasks
• Compile statistical information and generate pipeline reports;
• Track supplies and promotional sales numbers on monthly basis;
• Coordinate customer assurance issues, including PO receipt, order tracking, crediting, and invoicing;
• Work with Client Care and Implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases.
Marketing Duties
• Manage and execute logistics involved with regional annual user conference, tradeshows and other events including event logistics, budget, vendor coordination, signage coordination;
• Support regional public relations efforts. Gather customer testimonials, draft press releases and news content, and maintain relationship with regional industry media to provide ideas and feedback to support global strategy. Manage regional public relations efforts at the direction of global marketing management;
• Manage and execute webcasts, marketing campaigns, and efforts for Asia Pacific (APAC) sales region;
• Manage and maintain content for the corporate website APAC pages including the events calendar and to support regional PR and marketing strategy;
• Manage and maintain the sales department staff intranet site, by liaising with the global marketing team and the regional sales team to drive content and messaging;
• Manage stock for APAC marketing literature by coordinating with central marketing department in the United States.

| Qualifications: | • A sales and/or marketing degree with strong working experience;
• Ability to perform analysis of customer information and use the information to propose appropriate products and services;
• Comfortable explaining technology - including software and hardware;
• Demonstrated ability to write effective press releases in media-friendly format;
• Marketing and collateral development experience, with an understanding of printing processes in multiple formats;
• A proactive team player, working closely with colleagues as well as all departments across the company;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
• Ability to support and run projects independently or in liaison with the departmental teams;
• Ability to problem solve and forward plan events;
• Capable to multi-task and deal with ever changing priorities, whilst remaining calm under pressure;
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines;
• A resourceful and proactive working approach, with the ability to network;
• A committed, responsible, self-motivated and supportive attitude;
• Effective and confident communication experience at all levels, both verbal and written.
