| Description: | We are currently looking for a sharp, energetic and ambitious individual to join our Sales and Marketing team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be qualified to a degree level and will have some sales experience (1-3 years preferred). A strong motivator who thrives on hitting their sales targets are the key attributes to this role. |
| Duties: | - To identify and increase appropriate business with existing customers.
- Achieve sales budgets and company growth objectives.
- Drive revenue and sales to meet personal targets through prospecting, active funnel management, accurate weekly forecasts, and closing business.
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
- To raise awareness of our clients of the company’s services.
- To develop and close sales opportunities – effectively managing the sales process from conception through to ensuring successful implementation.
- Understand and perform introductory demonstrations of ILS software.
- Proactively demonstrate add-on software products to customers.
- Perform product presentations at user group meetings.
- Complete proactive marketing tasks to customer base.
- Manage the process of organising exhibitions and seminars throughout the year.
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of the industry.
- To communicate the correct information for effective production of customer proposals and bids.
- Run daily, weekly, monthly reports and forecasts as required.

| Qualifications: | - Experience in Sales/Account Management.
- BA/BS Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience within a Software industry is essential.
- A passionate, self-motivated self-starter with a sincere willingness to learn the Industry Customer, close business and make money.
- Highly focused with a strong desire to seek and close new business.
- Strong phone sales skills and a clear understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different personalities and build strong relationships with co-workers, management, distributors, manufacturers’ representatives, and customers.
- Demonstrate ability to present products to a group.
- Ability to perform analysis of customer information and use the information to propose appropriate products and services.
- Ability to explain technology to a non-technical audience – including software and hardware.
- Ability to develop and consistently demonstrate teamwork with fellow Account Managers and division management.
- Ability to maintain a consistently positive, productive and professional attitude during stressful situations; exercise initiative and judgment in order to solve basic work problems.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and lead management applications (SalesForce.com).
